Yoga & Meditation
My journey to wellness began with meditation practice in a Buddhist monastery in India. I practiced for hours every day and felt a positive shift in my mental and emotional awareness. Yoga is a complete integration of physical and mental meditative movement. I believe a healthier mind and body can be achieved with this foundational habit. This practice is flexible to be achievable for anybody, any age.
Gifts of the Earth
My passion for nature and outdoors began as a child. I grew up on a ranch in Southern California and could be found playing with my animal friends and exploring the desert landscape. As an adult, I find joy in learning medicinal benefits of plants, discovering beautiful rocks, hiking and biking on majestic mountains around the world and embracing the connection of energy with nature. I fell in love when I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils! I now have the pure aroma and benefits of plants at my fingertips to support my wellness and share with others.
